Falcon Team is our command element. This team is comprised of the guilds top ranking members, including the commanders of each branch. More often than not, Falcon Team remains behind the front lines in order to coordinate the efforts of the other teams. This is not to say that they never see action, however.

 

Falcon often acts as the rear guard, as well as a reserve force, incase one is needed. Just because the main focus of Falcon Team is keeping everything organized and efficient, it should not be seen as a group of desk jockeys. Everyone in Falcon got there through hard work and bloodshed, and they do not give up that fighting spirit so easily.

 

Many members consider Falcon Team to be the grooming ground for future branch commanders and executive officers. This is due in part to the commanding nature of the team, as well as the fact that the team members are sharing their foxholes with the commanders themselves.

 

Acceptance into Falcon Team is seen as a great honor, and a near guarantee of further advancement. All the members who are striving to someday become commanders themselves should have their sites set on working their way in to Falcon Team.
